About you

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and Administration Manager, the Ward Clerk works collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager or their delegate to ensure the administrative tasks of the ward are managed efficiently and professionally.

Essential criteria

✓ Previous and demonstrated administration experience in a hospital ward clerk role

✓ Ability to remain calm and professional in a high activity, fast paced environment

✓ Experience with Microsoft Office

✓ Advanced communication and organisational skills

✓ Demonstrated customer service skills

Desirable criteria

✓ Certificate in Medical Terminology

✓ Experience with Hospital management systems, e.g. WebPas
