About you

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced theatre nurses looking for a new challenge. Applicants with previous experience working in this role in any specialties are encouraged to apply.

Opportunities to learn new skills and specialties available including neurosurgery, robotic, vascular and cardiothoracic surgery.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)

• Previous experience working in the role of scrub / scout nurse in a Perioperative department

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• A commitment to a team environment

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality improvement

Desirable Criteria

• Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing

• Experience working within vascular, cardiothoracic and orthopaedic surgeries.
