Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Member Movements: Assist in processing and managing insurance member movements, including enrollments, terminations, and updates.
• Corporate and Panel Account Creation and Onboarding: Support the setup and onboarding of corporate and panel accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed efficiently.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of insurance records.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the operations team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
