About the Role

As a Product Manager at HealthMetrics, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our digital healthcare solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative products that enhance corporate healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.

🔹 Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of features.

🔹 Conduct user research, analyze data, and iterate on product improvements to enhance user experience.

🔹 Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

🔹 Monitor key product metrics and continuously optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or fintech industries.

✅ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

✅ Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven product decisions.

✅ Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Figma, or similar.
