Position Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at HealthMetrics, you will be a key player in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will manage and nurture relationships, oversee onboarding, and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

1) Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

2) Conduct Assessment:

  • Conduct regular needs assessments to understand customers' goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for maximizing the value of our products/services.

3) Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the features and capabilities of our products/services.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to customers on how to best utilize our offerings.

4) Customer Advocacy:

  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing their needs and interests.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
