The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

We’re looking for a strategic operator with scale-up experience—a visionary who knows how to design structure, but also roll up their sleeves to execute at speed. The ideal candidate is a former top-tier consultant or start-up operator who thrives in ambiguity, has scaled teams or businesses before, and understands how to balance strategy, structure, and execution.

You’ll be at the heart of building and expanding Huspy Makers, developing systems that allow us to identify, train, and empower thousands of future agents while increasing productivity across the industry.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • Designing the Huspy Makers Model: Develop frameworks, processes, and infrastructure for recruiting, training, and onboarding talent with no real estate experience.
  • Scaling Operations Across Cities: Build and execute a playbook to replicate our success in new markets in Spain and later Europe.
  • Driving Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities, set expansion targets, and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Building High-Performance Teams: Partner with recruitment and training leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of motivated talent.
  • Measuring & Improving Productivity: Create systems to track performance and continuously optimize agent output and retention.
  • Making Real Estate ‘Sexy’: Partner with marketing to position real estate as an aspirational, modern career path for young people.

The Edge: What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Background: 3.5+ years in strategy consulting, VC-backed start-up, or scale-up environment.
  • Track Record: Experience building and scaling operations across multiple cities or regions.
  • Skillset: Strong mix of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and energized by rapid growth environments.
  • People Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-potential young professionals.

Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
