The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
HR Operations Support:
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Support the visa and labor card processing for new hires and current employees.
- Help manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely assistance.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date HR databases and employee records.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations
- Knowledge of UAE local labor laws is a must requirement
- Experience with visa processing, benefits administration, and compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies that improve HR efficiency
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
