The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead – Mortgages to manage and develop a team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants. The role is responsible for driving monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while maintaining high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong mortgage sales expertise, coaching capability, and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent performance aligned with Huspy’s culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team leadership, coaching, and performance management (IDPs, onboarding, ramp-up)
• Delivery of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Hands-on enablement across CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices
• Customer experience management, including escalations and complex cases
• Compliance with internal governance and banking regulations
• Cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Contribution to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.)
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
