About The Role:

You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy for our Real Estate market in the UAE. Your focus will be on building the core infrastructure that drives growth: developing high-converting landing pages, architecting communication journeys, and managing end-to-end customer and partner lifecycles.

Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will partner with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to design, test, and validate data-driven strategies. You will take full ownership of these initiatives, from concept to implementation, ensuring our sales, marketing, and operations teams have the digital tools they need to scale.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

  • Project and stakeholder management: collect insights and requirements, scope the solution, align expectations, plan and execute end-to-end, while keeping involved parties updated throughout the process.
  • Map our customers' journey, partner with product managers and sales teams, and define communication journeys throughout the funnel.
  • Plan and execute CRM Marketing campaign strategies based on data insights, research, benchmarking, and products discovery - test a lot, learn, iterate.
  • Report on campaign performance to measure effectiveness.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, with HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as strong assets.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize A/B/n tests across channels including email, WhatsApp, mobile push, and web push.
  • Strong data fluency, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Start-up mindset with a strong passion for experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience working in seed and early-stage start-up environments.
  • Proficient in front-end and scripting languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, AMPscript, and HubL.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing customer journeys and campaigns in Braze.
  • Fluent in both, English and Arabic.
