The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

As part of the Tech Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building high-performing engineering, product, and data teams that power Huspy’s next stage of growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles — from sourcing to offer — with speed, quality, and a great candidate experience at heart
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, build hiring plans, and execute them with discipline
  • Source and engage top-tier talent using a variety of channels, ensuring a strong pipeline for current and future needs
  • Provide a top-notch candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
  • Manage data & processes in the ATS (we use Greenhouse), ensuring clean pipelines and reporting that enables data-driven hiring decisions
  • Continuously analyze recruitment metrics to spot opportunities, improve processes, and raise the bar on hiring excellence

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly in fast-scaling startup environments
  • Proven track record of hiring across product, business operations, and executive/CEO office functions with speed and precision
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building expertise — creative, persistent, and strategic in attracting top-tier talent
  • Clear and confident communication skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with deep understanding of ATS workflows and operational best practices
  • Data-driven mindset, using insights and analytics to optimize recruitment strategy and improve business outcomes
