The Main Event: What you'll do
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for accompanying, challenging and pushing sales advisors to reach their full potential. You will be the engine that translates the strategy in execution and the first to act when the numbers are not where they should be. You will use data, dashboards and performance frameworks to build a high-impact team.
You will:
- Analyse the commercial performance of advisors using dashboards and KPIs.
- Detect blockages or bottlenecks and act quickly to resolve them.
- Build solid relationships with advisors, from demand and accompaniment.
- Actively participate in the commercial process when necessary (calls, closures, follow-up).
- Represent the Huspy culture: ownership, speed, customer focus and obsession with results.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management in the real estate sector
- Start-up Experience is beneficial
- Fluent in Turkish and English languages
- 100% analytical mentality: you understand the funnel, the data and know how to act on them.
- Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, resilient attitude, with strategic vision but very hands-on.
This role in-office, based out of our new offices in Istanbul.
