The Main Event: What you'll do
We’re looking for a proactive and polished Office Manager to be the face of Huspy at our Istanbul office. This is more than just a front-desk role — you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and clients, and a key support for our fast-paced internal teams.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
- Maintain the front office, meeting rooms, and shared areas to a high standard
- Coordinate office supplies, snacks, and general admin support
- Support the People & Admin team with internal events and logistics
- Assist in onboarding preparations for new joiners
- Liaise with building management when needed
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, admin, or front-office role
- Fluent Turkish and English speaker
- Positive energy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment
- Tech-savvy and confident using productivity tools
