The Essentials: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Lead

To meet our growth objectives for the second half of 2025 and support the company’s staged expansion, it is essential to incorporate a Junior Operations Support role. This position will help optimise and automate key processes, increase team productivity, and provide efficient support to expansion centres, ensuring agile and scalable operations as transaction volumes grow.

The Perfect Match: What You Need to Succeed at Huspy

As a Junior Operations Support, you will assist in closing real estate transactions, ensuring agile, accurate, and compliant management of documentation and contracts. You will play a key role in managing operational processes related to property sales and rentals, ensuring legal and administrative requirements are met, documenting transactions, and providing fast, high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational tasks related to closing transactions, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and on time.
  • Support the team in resolving any issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of documentation related to property sales and rentals.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Optimise administrative processes, seeking to reduce time through the implementation of tools and automation.

Your Edge: What Will Make You Stand Out

  • 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • A plus: basic knowledge of notarial and real estate processes, experience in real estate management or similar, legal knowledge. Examples: notary assistant, registry clerk, etc.
  • Fluent in English and native Spanish.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools, automation, and data analysis (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is valued.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of commitment and responsibility.
