The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Minimum 4 years experience in Compliance and HR legal advisory role.
• Proficient in Spanish labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices, with a strong preference for candidates who possess a strong background in ensuring compliance in multiple countries.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Passionate about fast pace environments.
• Ideally have a degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, or Social Sciences; a background as a Labor Lawyer or “Graduado Social” is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
