Job Summary:

As a Value Consultant at IntelePeer.AI, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer data, creating compelling business cases, and collaborating closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Managed Service and Product teams to demonstrate how our innovative AI-driven communication solutions deliver measurable benefits. You will engage in executive-level conversations, empowering customers and prospects to make informed purchasing and renewal decisions based on data-driven insights. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients recognize the tangible value of our platform, ultimately driving adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify, prioritize, and quantify key business drivers, ensuring our solutions align with customers' strategic objectives.
  • Business Impact Analysis: Develop customized business impact analyses, ROI calculators, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) frameworks tailored to both customers and prospects.
  • Data Interpretation: Extract and analyze product usage, operational metrics, and industry benchmarks to create compelling narratives that showcase the value of IntelePeer.AI’s solutions.
  • Tailored Recommendations: Utilize customer usage data to formulate personalized recommendations that enhance IntelePeer.AI adoption and customer value.
  • Value Discovery Workshops: Lead workshops to uncover customer challenges and strategically align our solutions with their business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to refine messaging, validate use cases, and evolve our value proposition.
  • Executive Presentations: Present business cases and financial justifications to C-level stakeholders, procurement teams, and budget owners.
  • Resource Development: Create templates, dashboards, and self-service tools to streamline value engineering efforts across various customer segments.
  • Market Research: Conduct and facilitate internal and external research to understand customer business processes and market trends.
  • Training Initiatives: Train Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on effectively articulating the business impact of our AI-driven SaaS solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Business Consulting, or Financial Analysis within a SaaS environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with experience in AI, CCaaS, or Customer Experience (CX), or related industries.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis skills (ROI, TCO, cost-benefit analysis).
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Ability to extract and interpret customer data to craft compelling business cases.
  • Presentation Skills: A strong background in crafting and delivering engaging presentations and business case artifacts for both internal and external audiences.
  • Executive Presence: Demonstrated capability to interact confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Experience: Proven experience working with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in a SaaS setting.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Proficient with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Sigman, Excel, Looker, or similar).
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Innovative Initiator: Proven ability to develop scalable tools, dashboards, and frameworks that drive value engineering initiatives.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive individual who is eager to help build out the Value Engineering function, is creative, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Business , MBA a Plus

Competencies:

Business and data analysis, financial modeling, data driven story telling

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing.
  • Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate office equipment.
  • Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports, and related department documents.
  • Dexterity to operate computer keyboards and other related office equipment.
  • Endurance sufficient to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Frequent speech communication and hearing.
