Job Summary:

IntelePeer is seeking a hands-on, curious, and technically inclined Product Management Engineer to accelerate our innovation in Agentic AI solutions. This role is ideal for a problem solver who thrives in prototyping, experimenting with emerging technologies, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to build next-generation AI capabilities. You will work on cutting-edge initiatives that bridge engineering, product, and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype new tools, frameworks, and AI-driven solutions that enable and enhance our Agentic AI platform

• Experiment with the latest AI models, including LLMs, to drive continuous innovation

• Collaborate with engineers, sales, and product teams to align prototypes with technical feasibility and market needs

• Deliver proof-of-concepts and internal tools that inform product direction and roadmap decisions

• Lead exploratory development on key product initiatives including:

• Reference use of MCP for integrating AI agents and internal and external systems, including IDEs

• Tooling and process to streamline the creation, configuration, and training of autonomous, task-specific AI agents

• Automated methods for analyzing AI agent performance

• Evaluation pipelines to track accuracy, latency, and failure patterns of various models

• Infrastructure for training and refining SLM/LLMs including data ingestion pipelines, annotation tools, model fine-tuning workflows, and evaluation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Experience building AI powered applications leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. and using MCP (Model Context Protocol) to integrate with tools and applications
• Proficient in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js), API integration and cloud deployment
• Skilled in using AI-augmented IDEs such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or similar tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation
• Experimentation mindset and a comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and testing multiple ideas simultaneously
• Adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to focus and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education & Experience:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• At least 5 years related experience required

Competencies:

• LLM Integration – experience integrating with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. and using MCP (Model Context Protocol) to integrate with tools and applications
• Prompt Engineering & Orchestration – Ability to build and tune prompts and control AI behavior for reliability and compliance.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing.
• Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate office equipment.
• Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports, and related department documents.
• Dexterity to operate computer keyboards and other related office equipment.
• Endurance sufficient to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Frequent speech communication and hearing.
