As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Itron, you’ll take full ownership of hiring across multiple regions and functions while driving key Talent Acquisition initiatives. Join us and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of talent management.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple regions (mainly Ireland and France), and functions (Finance, Corporate, Engineering, and IT roles)

• Ensure an excellent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners throughout every stage.

• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and adapt your approach to meet different team needs and expectations.

• Contribute to key Talent Acquisition projects, supporting ongoing improvements in Workday process optimization, employer branding, AI in Talent Acquisition, Referral & Onboarding programs to further shape how we attract, engage, and onboard talent.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with international or multi-functional hiring exposure.

• Fluent level in English and French is mandatory, additionally, Hungarian language skills would be a plus

• Previous experience using ATS, preferably Workday.

• A quick learner and team player, comfortable collaborating across functions and regions while maintaining accountability for individual goals.

• Proactive and autonomous behavior, good communication skills
