Equascan software platform is a project to help fight the rising scarcity of Earth's most precious resources: water and energy. The solution will help utility providers identify losses, and leaks, make billing, and manage the network.

The application uses, .NET, .NET Core, and WPF. It is a joint effort from multiple Itron Teams around the world. We do agile development with SCRUM and use Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and schedule internal technical tasks and deliverables

• Perform analysis, design, implementation, and test of large software systems

• Contribute to determination of scope and effort of the project – identify, assess, track, and mitigate risks by taking appropriate actions

• Work according to agile development processes

• Understand business objectives linked to the development and application of technology

• Has the ability to provide knowledge transfer to others

• Take part in the training and explain new technologies if needed

Skills required

• At least 3+ years of experience in software development

• Excellent understanding of the .NET Framework

• Knowledge of the design principles and patterns

• Great understanding of DevOps (software lifecycle, configuration, operation, security, scaling, monitoring, and alerting) and development principles for Cloud environment

• Work in a cross-cultural distributed team

• Proficient verbal and written English skill

• WPF is preferred
