The AI Data Science Analyst within the HR AI Enablement & Strategy team will support the building, design, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across HR functions, with a focus on automation and intelligent agents. This role will help translate HR data into actionable insights, assist in training and evaluating AI agents, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and ethical AI use.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support building, design, testing, and deployment of AI-agent driven HR solutions
• Focus on automation and intelligent agents
• Translate HR data into insights and assist in AI agent training/evaluation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong Python or R skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Foundational understanding of data science concepts like machine learning and natural language processing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow into AI product development are key
• Project management capabilities

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in relevant disciplines are a plus
• Microsoft certifications in AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate) or equivalent certifications.
