We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative Senior Manager, Product Development to guide testing and quality efforts that ensure exceptional products and user experiences. In this role, you’ll cultivate a supportive team environment, partner across functions to deliver meaningful solutions, and champion continuous learning and improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and nurture a clear, inclusive vision for system-level testing and end-to-end validation.

• Develop balanced and sustainable testing strategies that ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations partners to integrate new features smoothly.

• Mentor and empower a diverse team of test engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth.

• Encourage open dialogue and shared problem-solving to strengthen quality practices and outcomes.

• Promote consistent, people-centered testing standards and best practices across teams.

• Support the adoption of automation and continuous testing in ways that improve both process and experience.

• Build a culture of respect, innovation, and accountability that values every voice.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in product development, quality assurance, or system testing.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and guide distributed or cross-functional teams.

• Skilled at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• Dedicated to fostering inclusivity, continuous learning, and collaboration.
