The Growth Business team focuses on maximizing the lifetime value of our existing customers and driving Gross Merchandize Value (GMV) growth. We’re seeking for a strategic leader with entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to take full ownership of GMV growth and profitability optimization for product categories within the Kredivo app.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team to drive day-to-day execution and operations to drive GMV and work closely with cross-functional leaders in business, product, and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Led GMV and profitability optimization for key business lines while managing a team focused on operational excellence and cross-functional execution and alignment across Business, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Identify and explore new monetization avenues not limited to funnel optimization, partnership management, and product marketing strategies to enhance profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Leverage data-driven analytics to generate actionable business insights, guiding the team in uncovering growth opportunities
  • Oversee a team of managers to drive day-to-day operations with proactiveness, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to program management and problem-solving
  • Conduct comprehensive external analyses to identify market trends and growth opportunities,
  • Continuously track and optimize KPIs, refining tactics to grow GMV and increase monthly transacting users

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading teams focused on monetization, category management, customer lifecycle management, or GMV growth
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and business analytics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and execution across teams
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or lending industries is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant role
