About the Role:

• Design, develop, and implement secured and productive loan policies and procedures.
• Ensure loan policies comply with applicable laws and internal company policies.
• Perform the QC process of secured/productive loan.
• Monitor secured/productive loan portfolios to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on secured/productive loan performance for management.
• Involve actively in the development of new secured and productive loan products/process
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of secured/productive loan process.

About You:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in credit analyst for productive loan (MSME, corporate loan), credit risk policy in financial industry
• Good skill in operating Microsoft (word, excel, power point) and database SQL will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the provisions of OJK and applicable laws and regulations related to financial business activities
• Deep understanding of credit principles and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
