Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings for promoter channel
• Targets, Incentive automation, and giving performance visibility across the sales roles
• Deep dive into dashboards and give insights to key stakeholders to improve the performance

• Manage analytics projects from ideation to completion.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of delivered analyses.
• Lead Product/Growth/ETL teams to address business challenges using data.

• Work with databases, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Collaborate with ETL and Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-8+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Python, R, Excel, and visualization software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
