Collection MIS Intern

This person is responsible to query, analyze and understand pattern of the collection data and create MIS dashboards.

Main Responsibility

1. Analyze and understand pattern in data.
2. Ensure all the reporting and dashboard are timely updated with 100% accuracy.
3. Calculate and review monthly incentives to ensure accuracy and fairness.
4. Support operation team with day-to-day tools.
5. Working in collaboration with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to align MIS outputs with business needs.

Qualification

1. Knowledge of SQL, Excel and visualization tool.
2. Strong analytical and communication abilities.
3. Attention to detail and high accountability.
4. Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
