Kredivo Group seeks a hands-on IT Support Specialist to manage our Bangkok office technology needs. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support for office staff, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems, and coordinate with global IT teams on implementation of company-wide initiatives.

You'll be responsible for documenting and tracking IT issues through resolution while ensuring technology solutions align with local business requirements. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to support our growing fintech operations in Thailand.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain the quality of all IT Ops services in the site, including but not limited to:
  • User hardware, with all of the installed applications
  • The quality of internet connectivity
  • Perform specific connectivity configurations, such as telephony or VPN, in alignment with the directions from the global infra team.
  • Maintain healthy escalation lines when an issue/project requires support from the L2 support teams.
  • Maintain the integrity of all IT Ops procedures and policies, such as (but not limited to):
  • User onboarding/offboarding
  • Incident registration, resolution, and escalation through the proper ticketing channels
  • All applicable asset management procedures
  • Maintain IT asset data integrity at all times.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all tech-related support requests. Involve the remote L2 support team when needed.
  • Keeping an update line to all members of the IT team especially Leads and Managers.
  • As the representative of the IT team, maintain good working relationships and professional communication with all of the site stakeholders from all teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in the field of science or engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing the operational aspects of the IT team, such as: management of incident SLA, asset inventory management, refinement of the onboarding/offboarding processes, etc.
  • Aptitude towards fundamental concepts within IT enterprise portfolios, for example: Directory Service, collaboration platform technologies, and Security best practices.
  • Aptitude towards troubleshooting of common technologies and hardware used in an office, such as: laptops, meeting room stack, network devices, etc.
  • High sense of ownership of job scope and managed portfolios, able to operate / propose independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess awareness towards organization internal mechanism, such as escalation path based on criticality and urgency.
  • Able to demonstrate independence in solving (complex) cases.
  • Good command in English is a MUST
