Learning and Development Admin - Intern

We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Admin Intern to support the end-to-end administration of training activities. This role plays an important part in managing participant data, handling communication with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth coordination of learning sessions.

What You'll do :

  • Prepare lists of potential participants for upcoming training sessions.
  • Send calendar invitations and manage scheduling or rescheduling needs.
  • Coordinate with participants and stakeholders for any administrative support required.
  • Suggest appropriate training session options based on availability and relevance.
  • Ensure participants complete required post-training documentation (e.g., attendance, personal reports, feedback forms).
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant compliance.
  • Support other L&D administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the L&D team to create a better learning experience for every participant.

What You'll need :

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheet and Slides)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
