We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Admin Intern to support the end-to-end administration of training activities. This role plays an important part in managing participant data, handling communication with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth coordination of learning sessions.
What You'll do :
- Prepare lists of potential participants for upcoming training sessions.
- Send calendar invitations and manage scheduling or rescheduling needs.
- Coordinate with participants and stakeholders for any administrative support required.
- Suggest appropriate training session options based on availability and relevance.
- Ensure participants complete required post-training documentation (e.g., attendance, personal reports, feedback forms).
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant compliance.
- Support other L&D administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the rest of the L&D team to create a better learning experience for every participant.
What You'll need :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheet and Slides)
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
