As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Kredivo’s brand presence, driving merchant growth, and shaping end-to-end marketing initiatives. You will manage integrated brand strategies, ensure execution excellence across channels, and help expand Kredivo’s visibility in the offl ine ecosystem. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Creative, and CRM—as well as external vendors and merchants, to deliver marketing programs that drive awareness, usage, and long-term customer value.
What You Will Do :
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen awareness, increase market share, and drive usage/retention.
- Identify growth drivers, diagnose brand challenges, and propose strategic solutions rooted in data and fi eld insights.
- Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints.
Campaign & Activation
- Lead end-to-end campaign development—from ideation, creative briefi ng, production, execution, to optimization.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, CRM, and offl ine/events to promote Kredivo products and features.
- Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and user communication strategies for new product launches to ensure strong adoption.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, measure, and analyze brand and campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate channel effectiveness and continuously improve effi ciency based on data-driven learning.
- Manage brand budgets and negotiate with merchants/vendors to ensure optimal ROI.
- Merchant Growth & Collaboration.
- Work closely with Business Development to co-create marketing programs that support sales targets.
- Drive co-branding initiatives with key merchants.
What We’re Looking For :
- 4–5 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, partnership management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
- Strong business mindset, analytical capability, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across functions and levels.
- Understanding of fi ntech/fi nancial services or experience growing a consumer brand is a strong plus.
- High drive, strong ownership, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Offi ce, especially Excel.
- SQL understanding is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
