About the Role
The HR Systems & Process Improvement Manager is a key role responsible for the rigorous optimization of our HR processes through the management and implementation of our HR technology stack. This position operates with significant autonomy, managing complex systems projects, and plays a crucial role in executing strategic initiatives to drive HR process efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience.
Reporting to the HR Systems & Analytics Lead, you will serve as the expert in translating HR strategy into seamless technical and procedural execution, ensuring our HR systems are highly efficient, user-friendly, and provide the foundational data necessary for strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Work with HR teams to map out current processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes and/or automate manual tasks
- Design, plan and implement improvements that make sense, making HR processes smoother for everyone
- Be an advocate for continuous improvement within HR, exploring and recommending the application of such as AI tools to improve HR processes, where applicable
HRIS Management & Project Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of major HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations with other enterprise tools
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to identify complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solutions for system improvements
- Serve as the HRIS system administrator and subject matter expert, overseeing system configuration, maintenance, and overall system health
- Champion the use of our HR Systems throughout the company, ensuring that all HR lifecycle transactions are captured in our HR systems
HR Data Governance & Data Analysis
- Establish and enforce robust data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all our HR systems.
- Work with our HR Analytics team to design, develop, and maintain essential HR reports and easy-to-understand dashboards
- Perform targeted data analysis to spot workforce trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
What You'll Need
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience working with HR systems, with a demonstrated track record of project leadership and implementing enterprise-level HRIS platforms
- Experience in making processes better and a strong business process orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work and/or lead cross-functional teams, leveraging subject matter expertise to secure buy-in and executive cross-functional roadmaps
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with a high degree of independence
- Prior experience with Darwinbox is a plus
- Experience with AI tools in HR or familiarity with automation tools.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Written & Verbal)
