We are looking for a designer who can solve problems creatively and effectively. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, engineers, and other related stakeholders

Job Description:

• Hands-on in the end-to-end product design process from empathizing towards users’ problems, ideation, taking designs from early concepts to pixel-perfect final production, and prototypes
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Engineer, and other related stakeholders to define and implement innovative features for the product
• Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal
• Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Strong proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture
• A team player who enjoys a collaborative design process
• Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers’ point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best
• Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong expertise with design software such as Figma
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
