This role is responsible to support FT Agent on the ground in terms of administrative process. This role includes gathering all issues or insights from FT Agent reports, and forward it to related stakeholders, and making sure all the process on the ground is running well.
About The Job :
- Validating FT Agent report from the ground
- Forward the filtered issue/insight to the related stakeholder
- Making sure all the findings/issues in the field can be solved by FT Agent or related stakeholder
- Making sure FT Agent report follow the SOP
- Making sure all the findings/issue can be done within SLA by FT Agent or related stakeholder
- Monitoring FT Agent Attendance
- Monitoring FT Agent report (quality and quantity)
- Working together with Field Trainer team and related stakeholder to achieve the target from the management
- Making sure all the issue that impacted to the performance can be done within SLA
About You :
- Minimum Diploma degree (preferably from Business / Management Graduate)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in admin in Business Development or Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially basic Microsoft Excel (including simple formulas, pivot tables, and data processing)
- Capable of handling multiple tasks/issues and priorities simultaneously
- Has experience in working in multifunctional team
- Understanding of merchant operational flows (POS, QRIS, paylater/checkout methods)
