AR Accounting Executive is responsible for supporting the receivables reconciliation process and ensuring accurate recording of AR transactions. This role focuses on journal posting, reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

About the Job :

• Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of weekly and monthly receivables transactions.
• Post journal entries related to AR transactions, adjustments, and accruals.
• Investigate and escalate discrepancies between AR records and bank statements.
• Assist in audit processes and ad hoc requests by preparing required reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transaction accuracy and completeness.

About You :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounting or Finance role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Basic understanding of reconciliation and journal entry processes.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) is a must.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
