Kredivo is a high-growth fintech company leveraging big data analytics and technology to transform consumer financing. As we scale our B2B programs, we are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager who can directly contribute to GMV growth, manage key partners, and execute with speed and precision. This is not a coordination role. This role owns performance within its scope. This role requires someone who can think critically, execute quickly, and take accountability for measurable results.

About the Job :

  • Drive GMV growth across assigned B2B partners with clear accountability for transaction performance
  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs and metrics
  • Analyze data deeply and translate insights into concrete strategies to improve growth and profitability
  • Manage partner relationships as the main PIC for commercial and operational matters
  • Conduct structured business reviews using strong analytical storytelling and performance reporting
  • Identify bottlenecks (risk, operational, system, field execution) and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve them quickly
  • Ensure full follow-through of initiatives — no partial execution
  • Prepare financial simulations, commercial analysis, and impact projections to support negotiation and decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards and Excel-based tracking tools to monitor program health
  • Support new program launches, pricing changes, and promotional initiatives from planning to post-implementation analysis
  • Escalate issues early and propose solutions, not just problems

About You :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred from Business / Management Graduate).
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
  • Experience managing B2B accounts / merchants / partners
  • Comfortable chasing GMV targets and working under performance pressure
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented — especially in calculations, reporting accuracy, and commercial tracking
  • Strong analytical capability — able to interpret numbers and convert them intoclear strategic actions
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills — able to build clear, structured decks backed by data
  • Excellent in Excel (A MUST) — proficient in formulas, pivot tables, financial simulations, and structured reporting
  • Growth mindset — open to feedback and continuously developing
  • Strong ownership — does not wait to be told what to do
  • Structured thinker — breaks down problems logically before acting
  • Proactive communicator — asks clarifying questions before execution, escalates blockers early
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with strong execution discipline
