About the job:

• Conduct creditworthiness analysis for SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) clients based on financial statements, cash flow, and supporting documents.
• Verify customer data and perform on-line calls or on-site business visits when required.
• Prepare credit analysis reports and credit proposals, including approval or rejectionrecommendations.
• Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential risks or early warning signs.
• Ensure credit assessment processes comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct periodic reviews of borrower performance and business conditions.

• Coordinate with business, product, risk management, and other teams.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably in the SME segment.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit riskmanagement.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google suites.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, multifinance, or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations (e.g., OJK or relevant regulatory bodies).
• Relevant certifications in credit analysis or risk management.
