About the job:

• Review, Manage & in-Charge of all the Collections SOP.
• Ensure proper documentation and Implementation of SOP.
• Ensure strict compliance of SOP across all collections functions/divisions.
• Hirings & Manage existing SOP & Compliance team.
• Keep updated on Govt regulations & policies and ensure that's its complied with.
• Update SOP's as and when needed, with new regulation or guidelines.
• Conduct regular Internal Collection Audits, to ensure compliance.
• Confident in dealing with Regulators or cross-functions teams.
• Be a one point contact for all matter related to SOP's, Audit & Compliance for Collections Division.

About you:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Collections, Compliance, Risk, or Audit functions, preferably within Banking or Financial Services industries (highly regulatory-driven environments).
• Strong understanding of Collections SOP (Desk & Field), including development, review, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  
• Proven experience in internal audit and compliance monitoring, particularly within Collections operations (ability to assess SOP adherence and identify gaps).
  
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially from OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), and ability to translate regulations into operational SOPs.
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing SOP, Compliance, or Audit teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to act as a single point of contact (PIC) for all matters related to SOP, Audit, and Compliance within the Collections division.
