About the job:
- Lead and continuously improve HR operations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while driving process efficiency
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and capturing insights for improvement
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational standards
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
- Manage and optimize compensation and benefits frameworks to remain competitive and aligned with business needs
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce challenges, provide HR guidance, and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness
- Drive the full recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring quality hiring and a strong candidate experience
About you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and operational best practices
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
