About the job:

  • Manage multiple Collections Projects running across collections businesses, Indo & international.
  • Identify areas for Collections Automations.
  • Responsible for Executing Automation of collections processes.
  • Identify Current Process Gaps, across Collections Functions & fixing.
  • Closely working with Product & Operations team, to act as a bridge, for understanding user requirements creating BRD's to coordinating with product to deliver the right products, and doing QC checks/testing, if needed.
  • Hire, manage & scale-up the team, as per requirement.
  • Spearheading new Collections initiatives & Projects.

About you:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations, Project Management, or Business Transformation, preferably within Collections, Sales, or Business Development (target-driven environments).
  • Proven track record in driving process improvement and automation initiatives, with the ability to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end project management, including handling multiple concurrent projects across cross-country or regional operations.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation, including creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and translating business needs into product solutions.
