We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of our products, with a particular focus on end-to-end transaction flows and disbursement processes especially in the Fintech environment. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, a deep technical understanding of payment systems, and strong execution skills.
About the job:
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Own end-to-end integration lifecycle with external partners (banks, payment gateways, NBFIs, fintech APIs) from scoping and API alignment to testing and go-live.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed integration roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on partner impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Use data-driven decision-making to monitor integration performance (success rates, latency, failures, traffic) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure the platform’s scalability and reliability to support increasing transaction volumes across multiple partners.
- Oversee compliance with payment regulations, partner requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.
About you:
- 3+ years in Product Management, specifically within Fintech, Lending, or Payments.
- Strong requirement breakdown and cross-functional communication skills; detail-oriented with solid process thinking and sensitivity to edge/exception cases.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into data to diagnose funnel drops or operational bottlenecks, hence it needs basic analytics skills (trend/funnel analysis, defining tracking events, and metric definitions).
- Regulatory Savvy: Understanding of consumer credit regulations and a "compliance-by-design" approach.
- Proven track record of delivering API-driven integrations with banks, payment gateways, or financial service providers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to conduct deep-dive analysis for product feature optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical background, with experience working on SQL, experience with JIRA, and BI Tools.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
