About the Job :

• Monitor daily operations related to orders (including cancellations, returns, and refunds), inventory, and supplier onboarding process.
• Manage and track inventory level from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.
• Help to communicate the implementation of new operational procedures or policies to suppliers.
• Generate operational and sales reports for management review.

About You :

• Previous experience in ecommerce, operations, or administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferable min experience 1-2 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
