We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and manage seller operations on Kredimall. This role will be crucial in acquiring seller.

About the Job :

• Identify and create pipeline for potential sellers to be onboarded based on category and business needs.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, field visits, or networking.
• Pitch platform value proposition and negotiate commercial terms.
• Onboard new sellers, including documentation and system setup.
• Give directions to new onboard sellers by providing training and ensure sellers understand platform guidelines, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams ( seller operations & seller management) for smooth onboarding.
• Monitor seller activation and initial performance after onboarding.

About You :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience sales, business development, seller or merchant acquisition (preferably from E-commerce).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable with KPIs.
