We’re on the hunt for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition and scale our digital presence. If you live and breathe CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and you love finding the sweet spot between high-volume scaling and rock-solid efficiency, this is the role for you.
You’ll be the mastermind behind our paid acquisition strategies, diving deep into data to unlock new growth channels and optimize our current media mix within the finance space.
About the Job:
- Command the Media Mix: Strategize, execute, and scale end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms, and various ad networks.
- Master the Funnel: Oversee affiliate marketing programs, ensuring we are acquiring high-quality users at an efficient CPA.
- Bridge Paid & Organic: Lead our SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to ensure our organic engine is running just as hot as our paid channels.
- Measurement & Forecasting: Own experimentation strategy and measurement frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing, incrementality testing, and forecasting (LTV, payback, marginal CAC).
- International Market Scaling: Get hands-on with our global expansion. You'll directly launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across new international markets, tailoring media strategies to local nuances to drive efficient global growth.
About you:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- A proven track record in the finance or fintech industry is highly preferred. You understand the nuances of acquiring high-intent financial users.
- Deep, tactical expertise in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic buying, and managing affiliate networks/ad networks.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AppsFlyer is an absolute must. You should know how to configure events, deep links, and analyze cohort data.
- Solid understanding of SEO and ASO best practices to drive holistic app and web growth.
- You don't just read data; you translate it into actionable growth strategies. You're highly proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics platforms.
- You have a relentless drive to experiment, iterate, and scale.
