Kredivo Group is hiring an IT Specialist - Application and Identity. This role builds and maintains internal tools, automations, and data visibility systems that support the IT team's operational and identity management processes.
The specialist works across the Application and Identity verticals, executing defined technical deliverables in close coordination with IT Leads and Senior Specialists. The role contributes directly to reducing manual overhead and improving process visibility across the team.
About the job:
- Automation Engineering: Build and maintain automation workflows based on approved platforms, such as: Jira Automation, N8N, Cloud Run, and Python. The specialist executes automation development based on defined requirements from the business analyst.
- Internal Application Development: Develop and maintain internal reporting platforms that surface metrics such as operational data, IAM processes, and service health. Build and manage data pipelines that feed operational the report platforms.
- IAM Process Visibility: Implement structured workflows for Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, such as user provisioning, access reviews, and offboarding. Be accountable for the integrity and consistency of the processes, as the data will be aggregated into reports for the management team.
- Process Analysis: Work with leaders and other teams to understand operational problems. The role documents requirements clearly and proposes well-defined technical subtasks for execution.
- Technology Support: Support the evaluation of new technologies by executing assigned proof-of-concept tasks. Write the report document with The role reports findings clearly to the IT Lead or Senior Specialist.
- Cross-Vertical Collaboration: Actively coordinate with Operations, Infrastructure, and Identity verticals during execution of shared tasks. The role raises blockers and misalignments promptly to the relevant Lead.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain technical and process documentation for all assigned systems, automations, and dashboards, which fall under the accountability of the team.
About you:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS management in Enterprise, automation engineering, or IT platform engineering, with demonstrable output in production environments.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows using at least two of: N8N, Jira Automation, Python, or Google Cloud Run.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery, covering query writing and basic pipeline tasks.
- Experience setting up dashboards in popular reporting tools, like Metabase, based on defined data sources and reporting requirements.
- Ability to break down a defined technical requirement into logical, executable subtasks.
- Basic familiarity with IAM concepts, including user lifecycle management, RBAC, and directory services such as Google Workspace or Okta. The skill is considered as an advantage.
- High sense of ownership of assigned tasks and portfolios. The candidate operates with minimal guidance and escalates proactively when blockers arise.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to produce clear technical and process documentation.
