About the job:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with merchants
- Drive business growth and transaction performance from existing merchants
- Monitor merchants performance, campaign execution, and operational issues
- Identify upselling, cross-selling
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Finance
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable business insights
- Handle partner escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership initiatives when required
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnership, or Sales
- Experience handling merchants
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working with data and performance tracking
- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, retail, or consumer financing industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides
