About the job:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with merchants
  • Drive business growth and transaction performance from existing merchants
  • Monitor merchants performance, campaign execution, and operational issues
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Finance
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable business insights
  • Handle partner escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Prepare business reviews, presentations, and strategic recommendations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership initiatives when required

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnership, or Sales
  • Experience handling merchants
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working with data and performance tracking
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
  • Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, retail, or consumer financing industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides
