Kredivo is hiring an HR Compliance & IR Executive in our Jakarta Office who is eager to build a career in Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, and Employment Law within a fast-paced fintech environment. This position will report to our Senior IR Executive and will be accountable for supporting employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining effective HR governance practices across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with HR, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and business stakeholders to support employee relations matters, conduct investigations, administer employment documentation, and help ensure the consistent application of company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing employee contract renewals, maintaining HR compliance records, preparing reports and analyses, and supporting dispute resolution processes when required.

In addition, you will conduct research on labor laws and employment regulations, identify opportunities for process improvements, assist with compliance-related projects, and contribute to building a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Industrial Relations and HR Compliance while partnering with various teams across the business.

About the job:

  • This role will support the day-to-day execution of employee relations activities, labor compliance initiatives, contract administration, and case management processes.
  • This role will also play an important part in maintaining proper documentation, supporting dispute resolution processes, and driving continuous improvements within the IR function.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Law. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical, research, and data management skills.
  • Good understanding of employment law and industrial relations principles is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
