About the Job :
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term partnership with Brand Principle
- Drive GMV growth from existing merchant by getting a promo subsidy from Brand Principle
- Negotiate partnership terms, draft agreements, and manage budgets to ensure a high return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Product, and Finance teams, to execute partnership initiatives effectively.
- Monitor business performance, analyze sales and campaign results, and provide recommendations to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for both internal management and external partners.
About You :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role; preferably with experience maintaining the Brand Principle especially electronic (Sharp, Toshiba, etc)
- Experience in payments, credit card or consumer finance industry is a plus
- Proven track record as an accomplished sales or partnerships leader
- Capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially basic Microsoft Excel (including simple formulas, pivot tables, and data processing)
