About the Job :

  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term partnership with Brand Principle
  • Drive GMV growth from existing merchant by getting a promo subsidy from Brand Principle
  • Negotiate partnership terms, draft agreements, and manage budgets to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Product, and Finance teams, to execute partnership initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze sales and campaign results, and provide recommendations to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for both internal management and external partners.

About You :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role; preferably with experience maintaining the Brand Principle especially electronic (Sharp, Toshiba, etc)
  • Experience in payments, credit card or consumer finance industry is a plus
  • Proven track record as an accomplished sales or partnerships leader
  • Capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially basic Microsoft Excel (including simple formulas, pivot tables, and data processing)
