Limitless seeks a high-caliber individual to join our executive team as a Founder's Associate. In this pivotal role, you'll directly support our visionary founders, playing a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving high-impact initiatives across M&A, market analysis, and operational optimization. • Spearhead the M&A process for key acquisitions, sourcing opportunities, managing due diligence, negotiations, and post-merger integration for maximum value creation.
• Conduct in-depth market analyses, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop compelling presentations and reports for board meetings, effectively communicating complex information to senior leadership.
• Work closely with the founders and proactively address their needs, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering communication and ensuring seamless project execution.
  

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance consulting or investment banking environment, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions.
• Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for the e-commerce and celebrations industry is a plus.
