• Production/ Fulfilment management
• Ensuring all received orders to be processed with highest efficiency and productivity.
• Support and track delivery activities within the project execution as well as escalate in case deadlines are at risk
• Developing and implementing production schedules and workflows
• Contribute to continuously improve effectiveness of the order fulfilment process, quickly addressing operational issues and implementing solutions
• Work closely with the in-house Logistic and Customer Service team and delivery providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Resource Allocation
• Managing budgets, inventory and manpower planning.
• Quality assurance
• Ensuring products/services meet standards
• Inspect quality of raw materials and stocks received
• Resolve quality issues during pre-production
• Inventory
• Coordinates stock checking and purchases of inventory
• Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure quality and timely deliveries of inventories
• Team Leadership
• Managing staff, ensuring productivity, and addressing performance issues.
• Possess ability to manage and motivate the team effectively
• Reporting
• Monitoring key metrics and generating performance reports
• Weekly/ Monthly Operations report, Wastage reports, Weekly Cost report
