The Opportunity

As our organization continues to expand rapidly, we are on the lookout for a highly skilled Mid-Level Project Manager to join our journey and grow our innovative products to the next level. In this role, you have the chance to play a pivotal part in orchestrating project activities, liaising with various teams including Marketing, Operations, Creative, and coordinating directly with our executive management such as our Head of Engineering and Founders. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and managing projects efficiently, ensuring our strategic objectives are met with precision and agility. This position is contract-based for first 6 months and extendable/convertible to full-time employee based on performance. This is an opportunity like no other, as the company group is about to hit its next chapter of successful growth combined with best-in-class practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Facilitate seamless communication across cross-functional teams.
• Articulate product vision and goals clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement and adapt Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond proactively to market changes and adjust project strategies accordingly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication about project progress.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the e-commerce or related industry.
• Proven track record in delivering successful projects and sprint targets.
• Strong foundational skills in project management, evident through a PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Agile or Scrum certification is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
