Dispatcher – Towing Company

We are a fast paced and reputable towing company seeking a highly organised and reliable Dispatcher to join our team.

This is a key role within our business, responsible for coordinating drivers, managing incoming calls and emails, and ensuring efficient service delivery to our customers.

About the Role

As our Dispatcher you will,

· Answer incoming calls from customers, roadside assistance providers and authorities

· Allocate jobs to drivers efficiently using dispatch software (LinkSoft Tow Manager)

· Monitor driver locations and job progress

· Provide accurate job details and clear communications to drivers

· Handle urgent and high-pressure situations calmy and professionally

· Maintain accurate records of jobs, times, and customer information

· Always deliver excellent customer service

· Monitoring emails and respond in a timely manner

· Work effectively independently and in a team environment

About you,

· Previous dispatch or logistics experience preferred (towing/transport highly regarded)

· Excellent communication and multitasking skills

· Strong problem-solving ability

· Ability to stay calm under pressure

· Good computer skills and ability to learn dispatch systems
