Mail & Parcel Delivery Driver

We're hiring! A long-term position is now available for a Mail & Parcel Delivery Driver in the Walkerston LPO. This role offers stable, weekday work with an immediate start for the right candidate.

This position requires availability Monday to Friday.

About the Role

• Start your day by sorting parcels before heading out on your delivery run.

• Deliver parcels around the Walkerston Post Office and surrounding streets using a company van.

• Work at a fast pace – fitness and stamina are important.

• Some longer days may be required during busy periods.

• Standard daily working hours are 6-8 hours.

• Build strong knowledge of roads, addresses, surnames, and delivery sequences – good memory skills are essential.

• Daily use of a scanner (training provided).

What We're Looking For

• Valid open manual driver's licence.

• A confident, competent driver with excellent road awareness.

• Fit and able to handle a physically active role.

• 100% reliable, showing up every day ready to go

• Clear police check (no convictions within the last 10 years).

• Candidates must have no convictions of any kind within the last 10 years to be eligible.

• Applicants must be 21+ years of age to meet police check eligibility requirements.

• Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred but not essential – we value the right attitude, great work attitude, and willingness to support your team members.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
