Mail & Parcel Deliveries – Yamba-Chatsworth-Woombah

We are currently seeking a person to start in early March as a Roadside Delivery Contractor to cover deliveries in Yamba – Chatsworth - Woombah which commences duties from the Australia Post facility at Yamba.

We are seeking an individual who has an ABN (or the ability to get one) as the successful candidate will be engaged as a sub-contractor.

You will be required to sort & sequence mail / parcels at Yamba Delivery Centre and make deliveries via Van on a scheduled daily route to the Chatsworth / Woombah area.

You will also be required to pass a police check to obtain an authority to deliver from Australia Post to perform the role.

Work is required to be done Monday to Friday with a commencement time of 6:00am. During Peak (November & December) Weekend Work is required to manage Higher Volumes.

Approximately 43 Hours per week and 145 Kilometres per day

This position is a contract role and the successful individual will receive a set 4 weekly payment that covers vehicle costs, labour, superannuation etc. (Circa 110K PA).

A Late Model White Van is required for the Role.

Experience with Australia Post is highly regarded.
